I am surviving. January is always really fucking terrible so February always feels like my new year and it’s coming back up. Work is going alright. I only need to work 40 hrs a week but my brain is fucking me up and forcing me to work more so I’m exhausted all the time but I’ll work on that. I haven’t had a breakdown since mid January so thats cool
