A Yandere’s Love Story

A small little thing I decided to write after watching a few vids of Yandere Simulator. The story takes place in the Mirrorverse during the Academy, when all the characters are cadets. During that time, Leonard McCoy develops an unhealthy obsession with the resident Playboy, Jim Kirk and will stop at nothing to gain his attention.

Triggers: stalking, dark themes, violence

Now when one looks at Leonard Horatio McCoy, they might say they merely see a bitter soul with a sharp tongue and a heart of gold, but then they would be wrong. You have never met a soul that was so warped and twisted like McCoy’s. He would be the one who would push a handicapped person down the stairs then laugh about it, no matter how serious it was. When you meet him for the first time, you have to be careful that you don’t get swayed by his charm and bright hazel eyes because he will play you like a fiddle then, afterwards, discard you like you were nothing but trash and simply move onto his next target.

Currently, said man was sitting on a shuttle scowling at anyone who looked at him funny and occasionally taking long drags from a flask. His eyes scanned the shuttle until they landed on a male with startling blue eyes and a small smirk adorning his face and felt his heart thump as he stared at gorgeous man sitting a few seats away and, to his despair, the man quickly moved to the far side of the shuttle to strike up a conversation with a dark skinned female and his eyes narrowed at the pair, jealousy burning inside him like a smouldering fire and he let out a small snarl as the shuttle started moving, never taking his eyes off the two the whole ride.

Time seemed to go by quickly and before he knew it, he was already carrying his luggage to his dorm, stiff uniform rubbing against his neck. Once he opened the door, his heart started thumping again as he saw the man from before putting his clothes away, back turned to the door and Leonard quietly pulled out his phone and snapped a few pictures then the blonde haired man turned back around to get the last shirt and finally noticed the slightly older man standing in the door. “You must be my new roommate. Name’s Jim Kirk. What’s yours?” he asked with a wide smile and held his hand out. “L-Leonard McCoy.” He said absentmindedly and continued to stare at Jim and discretely took another picture of Jim, this time of his full face and slid his phone back into his pocket, causing the other man to cough awkwardly. “Right…. So what are you here for? I am in the Command Track.” he questioned as he turned his back to Leonard and shuddered. McCoy seemed to snap out of his daze and goes over to his side to put what little he has in the drawers and hangs up his uniform shirts. “Medical. So… Who was that girl you were talking to? You two seemed pretty close.” He remarked, hoping he didn’t sound too accusatory. “Who? Oh you mean on the shuttle? That was Uhura. She refuses to give me her first name, which I immediately responded that I would eventually find out. She’s pretty cool.” He said with a chuckle, not seeing the doctor tense up.

On the outside McCoy seemed calm but on the inside, the smouldering fire that was there on the shuttle erupted into a fiery inferno, threatening to burn him up from the inside. Who the fuck does that bitch think she is?! She isn’t worthy of Jim’s attention. He thinks angrily and closes his closet door a bit more forceful then he intended, causing Jim to stare over at the doctor. “Are you…okay?” he asked worriedly and walked over to Leonard and rested a hand on his shoulder. “Y-yeah. Just tired ya know?” he said with a weak laugh, which caused Jim to chuckle as well, causing Len to hold back a gasp as the laugh and warmth of the other’s hand filled him up with some sort of twisted satisfaction and the fire burning inside him died down a little. “I hear you bro. I would sleep. But I am going out with Uhura and a group of cadets tonight at Red Mike’s Bar so I won’t be back until late alright?” he said and let go of the doctor’s shoulder to get ready. Once Jim left, the fire came back so fast, he felt dizzy and he gripped the doorknob tightly as a growl escaped his mouth and his eye twitched. Once again that bitch Uhura comes up and Leonard does not like it. Not one bit. Slowly, a plan starts forming in Leonard’s head and the growling slowly turns into a chuckle which soon turns into a full out crazed laugh, causing him to grab his hair and sink to his knees as the laughing got more deranged and his pupils nearly covered the hazel in his eyes. Jim cautiously peers out and sees the doctor laughing and he slowly walks out of the bathroom and sneaks to his drawers to grab his wallet and keys and leaves the room quickly.

The laughter soon dies down and Leonard pulls out his phone and pulls up the pictures he took of Jim and sighs. What does that Uhura have that I don’t? Is it because she’s a female? I bet it is. I bet she uses her charm to get any man she wants and she thinks she can get away with it. Well that bitch is wrong. Jim Kirk is mine! He thinks heatedly and glances over to Jim’s side of the room and notices the top drawer still open slightly. He gulps and slowly moves to his hand and knees and crawls over to Jim’s drawers and reaches his hand inside, pulling out a plain white sock. His heart thumps louder as he brings the sock to his face and inhales Jim’s scent, letting out a small moan. He stays like that for a few minutes, on his knees with Jim’s sock close to his face then with a twisted smile, he closes the other’s drawer and crawls back to his side and pulls out an empty shoebox and gently places the article of clothing inside before shoving it to the back of his closet and closes the door. He slowly stands up to change into something casual. Tonight, the only one walking out alive was his Kirk and himself.

Imagine

In the days leading up to Halloween, Jim leaves skeletons of all kinds around the ship, much to Bones’s annoyance. Then at the annual Halloween party Starfleet holds(because why not?) Jim is waiting to scare Bones with a life size skeleton he made(with help from Spock), but Bones has a surprise up his sleeve. Before he beams down to the party, he goes to Uhura for help with his costume(because Uhura is the best at body painting) and once at the party, he goes out on the balcony and hides in the shadows. Uhura then leads Jim out and Bones creeps up behind Jim and taps him on the shoulder. When Jim turns around and sees and actual moving skeleton, his scream pierces the night and it’s all silent. Partygoers watch in amusement as the captain of he famed Enterprise is chased around the room by a skeleton and Spock only pinches his nose and sighs.
