Having worked in a comic shop for a few years in my youth, bi-monthly comics don't tend to keep people's interest. Particularly when they aren't of the big name marvel/DC characters.

Hard to keep hype for something that takes so long between issues. Kind of hurting your own profits there.

And these are suppose to be canon. So.. hopefully that has no effect on airing episodes cause having to wait that long is not okay.
