Dudes healthcare is so fake. My ADHD meds are $940 without insurance. But they gave me a website of "coupons" which straight up looks like a scam website, and I got it today for $60! Just a coupon from a random website and it was $900 cheaper. America, I am confusion!! America explain!!

as a pharmacy technician i can share with you some websites that give you those "coupons" for your meds!

goodrx is the most well known one, but if i'm trying to find the cheapest price for a patient i compare it to scriptcycle, and use whichever is offering the best price. you just type in the medication (PLEASE make sure you're getting the right drug, dosage, and quantity) and your zip code and they will spit out some offers for you

some pharmacies may have their own discount card to compare to as well!

if you are getting a name brand medication, you can also look at the manufacturer's website to see if they offer any evouchers for you to use too

Hey, um... I'm a spoonie that lost their job recently

I have ehlers danlos syndrome (working on an official dx but it’s getting there). I was working at a call center a for a few months while my hands suffered the pain of actively using them for 8 hrs every weekday. The pain in my hands made it impossible to fulfill the requirements for my job at ye pace they wanted. I was given the ultimatum of getting my shit “fixed” and fulfilling the requirements of the job or stop coming to work. I went to my general doctor that day for help, all i was given was a referral to a pain doctor, which didn’t help the immediate theat to my job. I asked my boss if i could get a medical leave so i could wait until the pain doctor to help me out. I didn’t qualify for any kind of paid or unpaid leave Now I’m unemployed. And my symptoms are at a peek. And i have upcoming doctors appointments that i can’t pay for all by myself. I’m not asking for a handout. I do however have a few online stores that i would greatly appreciate you check out, and possibly buy something from. It would mean the world to me. Even if you’re broke, boosting this post is always great too. I’ll even add some pics of some of the items later

First shop: I sell buskins brand leggings online. I love them because they are the softest most comfortable leggings I’ve ever worn. They range in size from kids to adult plus size and sometimes they even have ones for itty bitty babies in stock. The stock is always changing, so if you want to keep updated on new stock send me a private message so i can send you to the fb group.
