The translation of the possessive nouns is: my/mine**, your, his, her/hers, our/ours, your/yours, their/theirs.
* in polish you shouldn’t use ‘ ... ’. ,, ... ‘’ - this is a correct one.
** Polish don’t use a different forms for ‘my’ and ‘mine’ like it is in english.

Ok, Now it’s time for knowing new phrases:
a) I have .... + something (use accusative!) - Ja mam + coś (użyj biernika!)
for example: Mam niebieskie oczy* - I have blue eyes
One mają krótkie włosy - They have short hair.
b) My something is + adjective - Mój (masculine) / Moja (feminine) /
Moje (neuter) jest
My hair are red - Moje włosy są rude
My eyes are green - Moje oczy są zielone
c) I am - Jestem
Jestem wysoki/wysoka - I’m tall (male/female)
* plural adjectives and nouns don’t changes in Accusative! (I’m not sure if it is always but I’m sure it happens very very very often (I don’t remember any situation when it does not and I’m Polish). It’s great news, isn’t it?
Next time I’ll show you possessive pronouns and variation of the verb: ,,nosić” (wear). And if you want I can show some adjectives for masculine, feminine, neuter and plural nouns (for example: )

Next if you want to tell where you live you say word ,,in". In polish there is excactly the same meaning in word ,,w".
Next thing I have to write here is that ,,w" is linked with nouns in locative.
Unfortunelly names of towns, cities, villages etc. are nouns so it make it harder to say about dwelling-place. But can it cool your desire of knowing new language? ☺
So its time for vocabulary:

* You propably noticed that ,,też" means ,,too" but not exactly. For you ,,too" can mean ,,either" or ,,too (much)". Maybe I don't tell clearly but I hope you know what I mean. And In polish ,,też" means ,,either", ,,too", not ,,too much".

There is too many rules to learn them: the best way to remember is associating with this language and have intuition, feeling for these items. It would be definitely more pleasant than study by heart. Locative is one of hard elements in polish but it's too important to try skip it!

Oczy (eyes) and włosy (hair) are plural in polish and adjective has ,,plural form" (brązowe instead brązowy etc). This plural form is nearly always the same like neuter form, for example:
- Małe oczy. (Little eyes) Małe jajko. (Little egg) egg = neuter
- Zdrowe dzieci. (Healthy children) Zdrowe ciało. (Healthy body)

Second item, that you've reached to, is noun's declension.
If you want to say that you like something or eat something, this 'something' have to be used in accusative.
It's the reason to show you above nouns on accusative.
I'll write it in the earlier order:

You probably noticed that some nouns don't change themselves. It's good news! But what is the rule of it? So you maybe know that feminine is nearly always ended by 'a' and as 'zupa' changed to 'zupę' as most of femines changed themselves.
And rosół (broth) is masculine and it didn't change. Jedzenie (food) is neuter and it didn't change. Ziemniaki are plural and didn't change. But 'łyżka' transformed to 'łyżkę' cause it is feminine.
It isn't only rule. Did you realise every 'a' is replaced by 'ę'? (herbata - herbatę) It's the second rule.
Exceptions:
Alas! We have exceptions like every other language. Some of them appeared above. Look:
sól (femine) ----> sól (it's little nice exception)
kurczak (masculine) ----> kurczaka
I won't show you more: today topis is 'food' and we don't have many exceptions here.
Third item for today is verb ,,jeść" (eat). When you want to say you eat something or you are eating something you use transformed verb:
Ja (I) jem
Ty (You) jesz
On (He) je
Ona (She) je
Ono (It) je
My (We) jemy
Wy (You - plural) jecie
Oni (They) jedzą
Jem kurczaka - I am eating a chicken.* or I eat a chicken.
Jesz rybę? - Are you eating a fish?
Jesz ryby? - Are you eating fish? or Do you eat fish?
Lubię jabłka. - I like apples.
On je kanapkę. - He eats sandwich or He's eating sandwich
Jemy ziemniaki. - We eat potatoes. or We're eating potatoes.
Oni jedzą truskawki. - They eat strawberries or They're eating strawberries.
! We don't use "a", "an" and "the" in polish (We don't have something like that in our language)
More natural in Poland is when you skip persona in sentence (not all, but Ja, Ty, My, Wy and On/Ona/Ono somethimes either). It doesn't sound good when you skip Oni or On or Ona or Ono (but these three last not always), so It'd better if they are in the sentence.

What do you do there?
You write some texts there. It can be small novel, introducing yourself, dialogue, describing of somethink and whatever you want. Then someone checks if you wrote it correct (I am polish so I check polish texts for someone learning polish).
Yes, you can check the other's works, but is it hard to you?
You know then what mistake you made or whose sentence are good. You don't have to worry about grammar, vocabulary... cause for people their language is easy for them (usually) and they do good job.
Do you want to be sure if your writing style is correct? Go there!
This verb is ,,robić" today. It mean ,,do" and ,,make" (in polish there isn't seperated meaning of these).
So let's get started!

Polish' verb conjugation is so complicated, so It's only verb for today (you have to master it! ☻). But you can do it! :)

* In polish these sentences you can translate as Present Simple and as Present Continuouse - It depends on context. It's good news for you probably - it make writing in polish easier, isn't it?

If yes it isn't any reason to not write it again, you need to know them as good as you can!
If not, focus on! It is easy enough but it's important too after all.

Mianownik (first case) - It's... (To <jest>*...), They're (Oni/One** są...), There is (Tam jest...)..., There are... (Tam są...)
Dopełniacz (second case) - not owe (nie posiadać), not have (nie mieć), not see (nie widzieć), not know (nie wiedzieć), not need (nie potrzebować), not want (nie chcieć),...
Biernik (fourth) - see (widzieć), know (wiedzieć), like (lubić), love (kochać), have (mieć), know (wiedzieć, znać), need (potrzebować), owe (posiadać), want (chcieć), eat (jeść)
* ,,jest" isn't necessary
** Oni - masculine One - femine
Now you should know more or less when you use first case, when second... And it's very important - you can't skip it!
(What's the sense knowing the variety (last think I will show you today) if you don't know when are some cases correct and when not?)
I could show you change of these verbs by diifferent personas, but it may be to much on one time (Yes, I still remember I have to write variety of nouns coused by cases too ♥ ).

What you can meet when you are in forest in Poland?
I saw some foxes, hares, but it isn't all (and it isn't nothink special, I mean nothink suggesting Poland). There are boars too (it's weird, couse so many people saw it so many time here, and i never did...), deers, roe deers (they very often show themselves), wolves, aurochs (but not in every forest in Poland), bears etc.

So I show you one way you can do it!
There are some propositions of spending your holiday here:
If you were by the sea, you can say:
,,Byłem nad morzem" (boy version)
,,Byłam nad morzem"(girl version)
in the mountains:
,,Byłem w górach"
,,Byłam w górach"
in the countryside
,,Byłem na wsi"
,,Byłam na wsi"
You probably saw that ,,Byłem" and ,,Byłam" is repeated many times. It means 'I was'. Further I show you how we say he was,you were...
If you want to say: ,,Where you were on holiday" you can say: ,,Gdzie byłeś na wakacjach?" (if you ask boy) or ,,Gdzie byłaś na wakacjach?" (and this is used when you ask girl).
- Gdzie byłeś na wakacjach?
- Byłem w górach.
- Gdzie byłaś na wakacjach?
- Byłam na wsi.
I hope you can translate it on your own.
Now I show you ,,to be" in past for some personas: ♥

So if you know all of above, you can ask: ,,Gdzie byliście?" (Where were you?) too. So practise or read some examples:
Gdzie byliście? Byliśmy nad morzem.
Gdzie oni byli? Oni byli w górach.
Gdzie byłeś? Byłem na wsi.
Gdzie ona była? Nie wiem.*
* Nie wiem means I don't know
* Polish And you? is A ty?
Remember! You can't say to girl: ,,Gdzie byłeś?" and to boy ,,Gdzie byłaś?"!!!!
They don't look like their equivalents, but after practising you should can to cope with it. So let's starting!
