I am dislexic autistic and have generalized anxiety (anxious all the time for no reason normally)

I used to get that all the time. The trick is: if people don't want to talk to you, they'll just ignore you. Sending rp stuff to people does not mean they're obligated to respond to you, they'll only do it if they want to. So just send it, if you don't then they can't respond if they DO want to rp with you.
