Love can be a tricky thing to discuss for someone who isn't even real, in a sense. An artificial human being still feels, though, especially when given the memories of another, and growing into their own person from there.
Draco is stated to be like Victor when it comes to loving someone. "Whenever you become too obsessed with someone, you lose all your rationality." In a relationship, based on that alone, it's easy to say that Draco is an incredibly dedicated partner. Maybe this can be considered a bad thing at times, but he's never overbearing with his affections.
He's attracted to one individual at a time, and they're never fleeting crushes so much as they are a strong sense of genuine love. Of course, Draco is still rather young. He was created a little under three years prior to the current game's canon, and only began seeing himself as his own person after meeting Vanora - the woman who he's attracted to.
In a sense, he and Vanora are alike, so I wouldn't be surprised if his attraction only extends to those he finds similar to himself. He looks for someone who sees something more in him, than the memories and genes he hold and his capabilities to serve as a weapon in someone else's plans.
As far as beauty goes, well...I definitely think he's the sort of person so say it "lies in the eye of the beholder" - but I also think he finds people's personalities and sense of self more attractive than their physical appearance.
( it doesn't help his cause that vanora is no longer the vanora he once knew, but he still loves her. he still tries to save her, even when she herself is the one to put his head on the chopping block )

Isn't anyone's greatest fear the loss of those we love?
Of course, he's forced to worry about a lot of things when it comes to that. Vanora died, he says he failed to save her, but she came back only as an experiment to Vincent. A cyborg recreation of her, with no memories yet with all the puzzle pieces laid out for her to become her "original self".
There's conflict. He was created and designed to help Vincent fight Myers Corporation, and Vanora is one of them. He loves Vincent, we know he does, and we see his reaction to Vincent dying, but he loves Vanora too. What happens when the people you love are enemies to one another, trying to take each others' lives?
His obligations are, of course, to serve as Vincent's butler - his secret weapon - and he does wish to help him with that. Draco does not stress over his role in the grand scheme of things, and instead is the sort to directly take action. He is the character we see throw himself into the line of danger and allow himself to be injured the most. He is the character we see die without a struggle, and instead saying he deserved his fate for being unable to save Vanora from her fate again.
Draco knows he is a pawn on the chessboard; but he fights to have agency in his life and his choices regardless. Pawns can't grow to be kings, but he tries. Isn't it natural to struggle to fight for your right to protect and love?
