How did you get better?
I’m not really sure tbh? I think it was a more gradual thing. Focused more on writing and the other things that being me joy as a person. I don’t know, at some point, I think I realized that happiness is a choice as much as it’s a general mindset and not always a feeling, I guess.
I still have all the same feelings and moods that I always have, but they aren’t as encompassing, if that makes sense?
