you've been scrolling for a little bit, you're due for a random encounter soon. be careful okay
If you have any dirty dishes in your room can you please just eat one of them? just one dish. you'll feel so much better. eat your ceramics
The most disturbing thing in all of Severance was watching Gemma fight back, strike down the doctor, run from the nurse, fight to get free…. Only to transform into the timid Ms Casey who can be sent back to her undoing with only a polite smile and firm words from Mr Milchick. Gemma would have rushed him, kicked him, bit him, done anything to get past him. But Ms Casey can’t even finish a sentence before Mr Milchick interrupts her. She’s not even allowed to voice a thought. And she goes meekly back to a place she knows is bad, even if she can’t remember it.
don't tell kier i've mapped the severed floor 🤫
maybe love transcends severance
look at me
“There’s a whole backstory there that is just kind of alluded to, but it’s basically, the idea is that Mark came in and he was inexplicably better at refining the files than others were, at least for that first file that he worked on, which was called Allentown.” – Dan Erickson
Milchick is losing it, everyone is having a multidimensional love polyhedron affair, mark is dead. macrodata is NOT getting refined. live laugh love severance season two
it's not the markhelly show!!!!! it's not the markgemma show either!!!!!!!!!! it's the "can you fundamentally grind an adult human being's consciousness down into nothing, cutting them off from their entire sense of self, thus turning them into an ideal blank slate ala 1800's euroamerican christian theories about children being pure souls without sin FOR the furthering of some fucked up capitalist cult's unknown goals" show !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gemma Scout, on the phone with her bank: Yes I’m just trying to reopen my account. ‘Marked as deceased’ yes I know, but I’m not dead. Yes I know my husband sent you my death certificate. My death was faked in a really elaborate scheme so—no, not by me. Look just turn on CNN. I’m all over the news. It’ll—'can I come in with my husband?' No, I can’t. He’s dead now. Well maybe not dead. But he’s probably never coming back alive. They can’t get his innie in the elevator. Yes they tried that. But he sticks his arms and legs out real wide like a cat so they can’t get him in the elevator.”
So you’re telling me he’s outside weeping for his wife every night and she’s inside trying to find a way back to him. Okay. Cool. Haha yeah that’s fine. I’m gonna go ballistic
also i'm such a gemma girlie. i don't mean in relation to mark or vs helly i don't care about any of that i'm a gemma girl forever. it's me and her. what if you thought you were eurydice until the last second until you turned around just in time to realize you were orpheus
It’s funny how sacabambaspis is like the funniest looking animal in every hypothetical except for that one picture that makes me feel like I’m about to be killed
(the kill-you-angle photo for reference)
I love when fanfic authors are freakishly unhinged. "Yes, hello, I am here to write a heart wrenching story about relationships and mortality. My medium is Ducktales (2017)"
