(c) Depression I know many people suffer from and have been diagnosed with depression, myself included. So, as I'm apparently exposing myself with some of my drawings (Thalassophobia and Anxiety WIP) I thought I should include this one too. I don't take medication anymore, and although I have down days, I haven't suffered a massive "attack"? I suppose? For quite awhile now. I think the hypnotherapy worked and other massively contributing factors which I won't get into here. The important thing is to talk to someone you trust if you're feeling bad. If not your parents, then a friend that may be on the other side of the world.
