Nobody can possess your body, no matter how much you love them or you think they love you. A relationship is not a reason to let your body being possessed by another. Your body, your choice. You are not sexually frustrating him/her, fullfilling his/her desire is not an obligation. Keep that in mind.
Here’s a positive reminder for asexual awareness week!

If you’re reading this… I’m glad you’re here and alive and breathing. There’s so much loss and heartbreak and prejudice in this world and I’m just… fuck, I’m glad you’re alive. If you needed someone to tell you this, here it is.
Keep being you, because the world has gained so much with you in it.
Parfois, il faut s’accrocher à une petite phrase pour continuer et cette petite phrase suffit.

HOW TO HELP DURING AN ANXIETY/ PANIC ATTACK
1. tell the person to sit up and take deep breaths this helps slow the heart rate
2. dont over whelm the person with questions of the attack instead ask them about little memories like their favorite movie
3. ask if the person has a lot of tabs or stimulus if so then tell them to close out of a few and just breathe
4. dont freak out just stay calm your calm attitude will show that there’s nothing to worry about
5. ask them how you can help
6. if your with the person ask permission to touch them sometimes holding someone close makes them feel secure
7. dont let them talk badly about themselves
8. tell them you’re there for them
9. try not to leave them they may need someone
10. dont get angry if you feel like you’re getting no where
11. look up little tips
12. try and make them focus on other things
thats all i got for now good luck and stay safe lovies
