also I feel like toby would bite his nails and as a way of prevention, his nails would be painted cus nail polish doesn't taste good, why not gloves you ask? He uses fingerless gloves to regulate his temperature due to CIPA
According to MedlinePlus, CIPA patients experience hyperpyrexia (a condition where the body heats up at high temperatures, about 41°c or higher) because they can't sweat (sweating helps cool the body)
Idk doe, I only read 2 articles abt CIPA, I ain't educated enough 4 this shi💔
(also I did read from the same articles that CIPA patients do get unintentionally injured from biting fingers as well as tongues, lips and shi so maybe)
