Hello, I'm Misty! As of late february of this year, my sister introduced me to Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, thus the creation of this blog.

My main blog, @mistymountainsmc is still my main one, but to be honest, TMNT has a death grip on me.

I really had fun with this week's theme on cinema even though they're mostly Minions-related @weeklymagmas. I should draw the minions more often. They're really fun to draw.

For some reason, the first drawing with @voidwitchboots's Kaiju Raph ended up being yet another attack AND revenge on artfight without even realizing it 😄

Got a little carried away while doodling in a somewhat newish style yesterday and broke out the markers.

I love thinking about Rise Donatello and the Technodrome.

How it could give him anything, at the cost of everything.

It was everything he had ever dreamed. It was every nightmare he had ever had.

It was paradise. It was prison. It was home. It was hell.

It unmade him and it fulfilled him and it undid him and it sewed him together again. It filled the holes he didn't know were there. It buried him alive.

He drowned. He breathed.

It embraced him. It consumed him. It was him. It was them.

He misses it dearly. He is glad to be rid of it.

Nothing will ever compare to the Technodrome. And I think a part of Donatello will always long for it, even if he rejects it entirely.
