How to get over a breakup

With Venus sign we are pouring that love back into ourselves. Most importantly allow yourself to feel.
Do a lot of self-care, skin care, face masks, all of it. Plan outfits in advance and improve your style, even change your aesthetics. Try to journal to let out intrusive thoughts. Try meditation, journaling. Try to take a long shower, a bath or a cold shower. Try to stretch more or do yoga. Go swimming. Create a new music playlist.
Move your body. This is crucial. Even if it’s just long walks. Y’all store so much emotion in your physical body. Set yourself a small challenge. Gift yourself a gift in a mug. Write down things you're grateful for. Write down your values. Write down your non-negotiables. Move around things, furniture in your room, space, if possible. Make a lipgloss charm.
Make pasta, comfort eat. Cook with close friends or siblings. Talk to a sibling everyday to feel stable. Do retail therapy, but with food items you really like. Buy your favourite snack you liked in elementary or high school. Buy a new brand of an item you really love. Give your artwork to a friend. Do your own nails. Sort out your emails.
Reconnect with friends. Learn a new recipe. Spend more time with siblings. Read a few pages of a book in a cosy blanket. Write letters and don’t send them. Do a guided meditation. Create a best friend gift basket. Paint flower pots. Plant or garden. Buy yourself a teddy bear or a plushie as a cuddle companion. Listen to a podcast.
Challenge yourself with new hobbies. Keep your body moving and active. Try each day something new and different, like climbing, hiking, biking etc. Reconnect with old hobbies that you once already loved, but ran out of time to do it. Spend more time with family members, siblings, close friends. Talk to your mom more.
Spend more time on your hobbies. Take more time off, if possible. Do some creative hobbies, like making keychains. Come up with a new haircare routine or have a haircut. Try styling your hair in a new way. Buy stationary. Give a friend a small gift. Make bookmarks. Make a collage. Learn a new hobby. Make your own stickers.
Learn a new recipe. Try to make your own sourdough bread. Host a theme get together with friends. Try a new snack or create a snack drawer. Make friendship bracelets or lip balm key chains. Accessorize your hair brush or a phone case with shells. Meal prep. Buy yourself a new perfume. Make a clay jewellery dish.
Focus on professional, business connections, relationships and give attention to your duties. Change your clothing style. Do all the things your ex didn’t like. Learn how to prepare a new dessert or bake something. Go clothes shopping with friends. Have a pampering night. Prepare a dinner for a family member.
Work out more or clean your space, do physical chores. Buy yourself a high-quality item. Masturbate lol why not. Surround yourself with music and motivational quotes. Do one thing that scares you. Make a burr basket for yourself. Clean your space, declutter for a fresh perspective. Read a self-help book. Go for a trail run.
Just go outside a lot. Go on small adventures. Try to find an item below 3 dollars. Try out a local restaurant, cake shop, coffee shop you have never been before. To go a different part of town, where you rarely are. Watch Legally Blonde. Go for a run. Star learning a language on a language app. Send a postcard to someone from your hometown.
Set yourself new small, achievable goals and later on slowly turn them in bigger, long-term goals. Go back to school. Learn something new, enroll in a language course, basically challenge yourself. Keep yourself busy. Spend more time with parents, grandparents or try talking to them more often. Ice roll your face. Do something you've never done before.
Try walks in the forest. Or sitting near a lake, river, a stream etc. Watch nostalgic childhood movies. Do nature photography. Meditate, journal, do activities on your own, but balance that with socialising with friends, acquaintances so that you don’t end up just isolating yourself. Buy new shoes for yourself. Try rock painting. Host a movie marathon night with your friends. Try collage poetry.
