This last weekend was the hardest physical experience I have every had. Coming from a powerlifting and bodybuilding background I was brain washed long ago that cardio was no good. I have never ran any type of distance and know that is my biggest weakness. 10weeks ago @kevingillotti page inspired me to commit to my first race. And congrats to him for being picked for the spartan challenge show.
