Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what Iâve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if I had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hateÂ
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

8 Movies That Almost Starred Johnny Depp!
1. Speed
Depp was among the many actors who turned down the role of Jack Traven in âSpeed.â (Stephen Baldwin felt the part was too similar to âDie Hardâsâ John McClane.) Director Jan de Bont went with Keanu Reeves after seeing his performance in âPoint Break.â
2. The Matrix
Depp was the Wachowskisâ first choice for Neo, but the studio wanted more of a box-office draw like Brad Pitt or Val Kilmer. (Remember the days when Val Kilmer was more of a box-office draw than Johnny Depp?) The success of âSpeed,â which Depp ironically passed on, helped Keanu Reeves score his now iconic role.
3. Ferris Buellerâs Day Off
Then a Hollywood up-and-comer, Depp was considered for the role of Ferris Bueller, along with young whipper snappers Jim Carrey and Tom Cruise. Ultimately Matthew Broderick, whom John Hughes claims to have had in mind when he wrote the part, won the role that made him a superstar.
4. Interview With the Vampire
Johnny Depp was offered the role of Lestat, but the part went to Tom Cruise who was considered more marketable at the time. Thus, fan-fiction writers the world over were denied the chance of penning Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt slash fiction.
5. Ghost Rider
Johnny Depp expressed interest in the role of Johnny Blaze, but apparently Nicolas Cage expressed moreinterest, so he got the part.
6. Hulk
Depp turned down the part of Bruce Banner in the 2003 âHulkâ film which ultimately went to Eric Bana. One of them is currently starring in summer blockbusters. Looks like Depp made the right call there.
7. Mr. & Mrs. Smith
Depp was originally cast as John Smith in âMr. & Mrs. Smith,â but had to turn down the part because he was overworked from all his other projects. You can blame Johnny for all the âJennifer Aniston hates Angelina Jolieâ articles Us Weekly will run until the end of time.
8. Pulp Fiction
Depp was considered for the part of Pumpkin in âPulp Fiction,â but the role ended up going to Tim Roth. Now we canât stop thinking about Samuel L. Jackson calling Johnny Depp âRingo.â
HAHAAHAHAH LMAO
I thinik when you are young, you are hoping that this person will be the right one, the one you are going to be in love with forever, but sometimes you want that so much you create something that isnât really here.
