Drawing, writing, whatever it may be. Make something for yourself than just for someone else. It's important to create things for yourself too, even if you never plan to share it with anyone afterwards.

Also to add on to that. Try creating things without the idea it needs to be something share worthy. Since I know that too can often impact ones own self creation process.

nobody talks about how exhausting it is to live in that space between "things will get better" and "i can't handle this anymore." it's like your emotions are constantly swinging. leaving you both hopeful and defeated in the same day.

Speculative biology in world-building is often my favorite part when designing creatures or eating up monsters in media and neko leaves a lot of bread crumbs to speculate with. This is just my fan theory let me know if you agree or disagree with my thoughts!

#I don't think I could ever drive.#My anxiety and decision making issues would make driving UNBELIEVABLY stressful.#What annoys me is people were dismissing why I haven't learned.#Saying “Oh you'll get use it! You'll be fine.”#I know how my brain works!#I can anxious enough as is and that somehow effects my auditory processing disorder; making it harder to hear things around me.#I already struggle with choosing with things and being under pressure when you need to choose a road wouldn't help me!

hey can everyone do me a favor and put in the tags why they chose their name? even if you don't go by a chosen name irl, you can put why you chose your online name.

#Well I don't think many people know my online name in my real life...#So usually I get called by my IRL name instead and I don't think I have any other nicknames IRL either.#The monster part of the name was chosen because I just liked monsters in general.#I liked the mythology of various monsters like Greek mythology or Japanese mythology.#Also watched a lot of Pokemon and Digimon growing up. As well as some Monster Rancher.#The Gili part of the name was me smashing together the names of two artists together I liked at the time.#Dali and Giger I kind of gravitated towards although I'm not as much of a fan nowadays; especially towards Giger.#I guess I wanted to see art that felt weird as an undiagnosed neurodivergent in-the-closest nonbinary teenager.#I usually shorten it to MonGili to make it easier for a quick log in.#Although originally the latter half was supposed be pronounced GUY-LEE but most just pronounced it as GEE-LEE.#I just stuck with and it honestly sounds better that way.#I wouldn't mind being called Gili IRL but I don't know the reaction would be among family and friends.#I don't know if everyone would be as accepting to it...

I think some of the loneliness of autism is that you feel like you hurt people just by Interacting Wrong, but you don’t know how to Interact Right, and the more effort you put into it, the more exhausted you are and the more artificial it comes across (with the end result of people still being upset with you). and it’s not anyone’s fault for not liking Being Interacted With Wrong, and it’s not your fault for doing it so wrong, but it is very, very lonely.
