Genderqueer Steve who uses coloured bracelets to indicate which pronouns they want used that day
Blue for he/him
pink for she/her
and purple for they/them
they don’t notice until Eddie makes a joke about the colours being the bi pride flag and that makes him laugh a little bit when he realises as well. They’re not sure comfortable correcting people who misgender them but that’s okay because Robin and Eddie will correct people in a heart beat
She was hesitant to ask people to use she/her at first cause she was worried that her friends would think she couldn’t use them or she wasn’t feminine enough to be taken seriously when asking and she decide it’d hurt less to be accidentally misgendered than someone knowing and doing it on purpose. They expressed these fears to Robin and Eddie first who encouraged her to and than enthusiastically used she/her the first time she wears only the pink bracelet. It made Steve super happy. The pink bracelet doesn’t appear as often as the other two but because of her friends they’re much more comfortable wearing it now.
