So... Okay. I’ve been really quiet, and not just here. I’ve hardly visited Tumblr in hell knows when. Nor have there been any updates in my DeviantArt. Why? Well, it’s a long story. So, a while back, VanCAF (Vancouver Comic Art Festival) happened. There, I met Luke McKay. The name ring a bell? Luke is the guy who did the Rooster Teeth Comics. Presently, he has his own comic line called ‘Balls 2 That’, which you can read at http://thebuttonmash.com/balls-2-that/.
So, I’m working on a 22-part/24-page ‘Balls 2 That’ adventure similar to Luke’s books’ print format. I’ve been learning a lot from Luke. He’s been giving me tips on trying to replicate his style better than before, and on top of that, storywriting and scriptwork! Along with all that, I met Enzo Santos. Enzo is the artist and writer of ‘Cheer Up Emo Kid’, you may have seen in various places on the interwebz. Read it at http://www.cheerupemokid.com/. Enzo’s a great guy.
So... this is going to be an interesting trek for me to travel. It’s a sprint race, a journey, a marathon in one.
