Exercise is a renowned stress reliever, so I guess as long as you aren't putting your newfound skills to use on a window or wall or something, I think you're all right.

@o-lei-o-lai-o-lord I’m gonna echo my wife @authortobenamedlater and say that martial arts are great for that.

Exercise can burn out your stress, absolutely, and martial arts take it a step further. You can learn discipline and control because anyone can throw a tantrum and you learn quick to keep it cool when your opponent can hit you back.

TLDR definitely physical exercise and exertion for stress relief, 100%.
