Me and my sister were “friends” with these two girls at our church in late elementary school. Their dad was a doctor they had a massive house with a tiny mini golf course, koi pond and a pool with a waterfall. They had just me and my sister over once and they spent most of the time just showing off their house but not letting us actually touch any of their expensive stuff we mostly just wandered around. I remember being there for hours but their mom didn’t even offer snacks.
Their mom drove us home with their teenage brother and his friend in the car. They told us a “riddle” involving a person with dwarfism not being able to use an elevator because he couldn’t reach the buttons. Then proceeded to laughed when we didn’t get it, and apparently it was hilarious that I refused to call the person in the joke a midget.
