Hi fellow explorer! We are an Orbital Median System and are part of the Plural community!^^ We go by Ms_Censored as a Collective Persona (usually irl) but we also plan on expressing ourselves separately online! (Since we feel more comfortable doing that online then in person.) You can also call us The Star Orbital or The Ms_Censoredlings! We are both Traumagenic and Neurogenic. Admittedly we were contemplating wether or not we we're to reveal ourselves (mainly due to irl connections) but we have noticed a decent/large plural, accepting community here on Tumblr so here we are^^ We mainly plan on posting Artworks, Rambles, OC Stuff, System Stuff, gl2 Stuff, and potentially Comics and (maybe) Fandom Stuff! (More things we might post can be found in our DNI list.) We'll add links of anything we'd like you to be aware of us below! (Eventually-) Also if you have any questions feel free to ask! ā¢ This this world/universe there are different types of monsters (anomalies). Dr. Harlow happened to create one of them. (An infection) Dr. Harlow himself is an "anomaly" since.. idk he wanted power or something ig. Infected himself
ā¢ Before the anomaly breakout the place was a normal hospital (not that it isnt anymore but..) Anyways the anomalies get killed by the workers under Dr Harlows orders. Sometimes though they will help them (just because. Also Money!!1!)
ā¢ Most anomalies come to the hospital to genuinely get help. They're just like normal patients so you could imagine the shock/fear when they realize the staff is trying to kill them.
ā¢ Intern is also an anomaly! But not the ones Harlow is responsible for. They're a silly fella who joined the hospital for fun. (woo zapping/shooting others.) He's aware of Dr. Har doing and just doesnt care lol.
ā¢ Intern has duplication/cloning powers. (Hence the different colored interns in the game) They have full control over them and they're all just another them. Intern doesnt directly control them but they act the way intern would've wanted them to be like.
ā¢ Intern's name is Issac (bcuz I said so) Although they go usually by Intern. (also they use he/they prns)
ā¢ Barney is an anomaly but he doesnt like being called one. He'd rather be considered a normal serial killer then a monster/anomaly.
ā¢ Barney and Harlow know each other.
ā¢ Barney always gets coffee from the hospital because his either been banned or he has a high chance of getting recognized for his crimes by the shopkeepers and customers at the cafe. However at the hospital the workers there just don't care and he knows Harlow would allow him to just break and enter. (Also he can rely on Intern lending him some - even if they drink most of it-)
ā¢ Barney ends up breaking into a store and steals a coffee machine to give to the workers as a thank you gift for lending him coffee. He doesnt keep it himself so that he can have an excuse to keep visiting the hospital.
ā¢ Not much is known of the people who sit still in the waiting room. They make some of the staff members uncomfortable. Sometimes when know one is looking they disappear and new ones appear in different seats.
ā¢ Intern can go long amounts of time w/o blinking. Sometimes when no one is checking in / theyre bored they will go and have a staring contest w the people in the waiting room unprompted. (They dont blink either) Usually intern wins because the waiting room ppl get uncomfortable with the excess staring.
ā¢ The hospital cameras are really shitty- Thats why they sometimes break. Sometimes the ghosts are responsible but usually they're just tired of recording.
ā¢ The ghosts in the hospital are almost always dead anomalies. The gun/tazer actually does nothing to them but they still disappear because to them thats their sign to leave them alone.
ā¢ Ratthew and Secret Agent are best friends! They work under the same agency.
ā¢ Secret agent orginally became a staff member to exploit Dr Harlows secrets but he eventually became fond of the staff members and decided to subside his mission to be w them.
ā¢ Head Nurse and Secret Agent are related in some way. (havent decided if they are siblings, distinct cousins, or they arent related and are lovers. But im most leaning to cousins.)
ā¢ Nurse and Head Nurse are in an unofficial relationship. (They're so clueless lmao)
ā¢ Ron and Secretary are twins. (still different species tho; Ron = bunny, Secretary = dog) Nurse is their older sibling.
ā¢ Psychologist knows everyone but despite his job his a little awkward socially. Security is asocial. I wouldnt say their close but Psychologist and Security actually spend alot of their time together.
ā¢ Everyone (other then Intern) have been working in the hospital for a LONG time. But Security is the "newest".
ā¢ The Stalker is not Rattina. (I think thats just canon tho since Stalker goes by he/him) The Stalker personally knows Harlow. No one has able to confront or have a conversation w them. The closest anyone has gotten was Intern and that was basically them staring at each other for like, 5 seconds. (The Stalker is just a shy guy. The staff came to realize that. Some of them dont mind them, like secretary)
ā¢ Rattina used to work in the hospital and Rattina was one of Dr. Harlows test subjects. It is unknown if she is alive.
ā¢ Nurse and Rattina were close. However after her disappearance nurse hasn't talked about rattina since and avoids question about her. Sometimes when she's seen alone her face has traces of guilt.
ā¢ There are multiple floors to the hospital underground. This includes a floor w a breakroom, offices, and even "living quarters." Then there's the basement but none of the staff is allowed down there. (Intern is willing to break that.)
ā¢ Other then secretary and nurse, Some of the staff question if ron's hair is real LMAO-
ā¢ The Psychologist skin (red) is another person. They are friends w the main psychologist. Also the Psychologist skin is trans-masc ok
ā¢ The hospital is located in an eerie part of a small-ish town. You wouldn't notice that right away though. But eventually you'll feel that bad vibe or a sense of dread. Also most of the civilians in the place are asian.
ā¢ Dr. Harlow is useless in treating patients when the ambulance comes because he is LAZY. And perchance a little scared of.. something. However he does chill in the ambulances pre hospital entry to watch them get loaded in. for fun ig.
ā¢ Paramedic is very rarely at the hospital since they are usually driving the ambulance and bringing in the patients.
ā¢ There is an off-ish vibe around Surgeon. It is theorized that he might be a clone or related to Dr Harlow. (hes not my poor guy is just bad at fitting the social norm-) He is wonderful at his job but sometimes he is lazy (like Harlow) and so the other staff members have to fill in.
ā¢ Psychologist hasn't had the chance to do his actual job in a while since no one comes to there office. Sometimes he helps at the reception table but once he loses to much sanity (or sees the Stalker) they clock out and head downstairs.
ā¢ Ratthew, Ron, and Barney become/are regulars at the hospital. Eventually they can call the place home like the other staffs.
ā¢ Despite Dr. Harlow working, being, and dealing with anomalies, he actually sometimes get scared of them- (anxiety kicks in ig.)
ā¢ Barney and Harlows relationship w eachother is.. complex.
ā¢ The 'goo' in the hospital is vomit.
ā¢ Barney knows intern is an anomaly, Intern knows that. Intern knows Barney is an anomaly, Barney doesnt know that.
ā¢ Barney is a hare, he has shaggy fur. Intern is a "bunny", they have fluffy fur.
ā¢ I dont know why everyone follows Harlows orders, but they do. Perhaps they were threatened? Signed Contract?
ā¢ Intern knows Dr Harlows secrets. They have no intentions of stopping him. Also no one knows abt Intern being an Anomaly. They just a silly bunnyyy <3
ā¢ Nurse is very good at using the gun. She learned from Head Nurse.
ā¢ When Intern first joined Dr. Harlow thought it would be funny if he took down the shutters and regave them to intern to put back up. Intern did not know until Nurse eventually told them one day. "oh."
ā¢ Intern is overall is silly fun guy to be around. (Sometimes he purposely acts stupid for funsizees). However Intern can very much be a flirt. Or be serious. Barney experienced it firsthand. ahem
ā¢ The people in the lobby (before you start playing/teleporting to the maingame) are the same people you see in the waiting room. Maybe thats where they go when they disapear.
ā¢ The Officer Duck guy has been trying to get Barney for ages. Poor guy. Also he has done a case on the hospital and has interviewed Harlow before. However he deemed it safe and moved on. (that was years ago) He has good relations with the staff! Also he's bi. why not
ā¢ Barney purposely toys w Officer Duckman. He finds his attempts on capturing him funny.
ā¢ Secret Agent lowk betrayed Ratthew by joining the staff since The Corporation is after him </3 (they still buds tho trust)
ā¢ Intern finds Dr. Harlows schemes amusing.
ā¢ The others know about interns cloning powers and just doesnt.. question it?? I mean it kinda makes sense when you consider everything they deal with on the daily but still. How do you not suspect they're an anomaly. (or it could be that some of them do and they dont care.)
ā¢ I have no explanation for the tentacles and ritual candles that spawn from some anomalies that just happens ig.
ā¢ Ron's glasses are just for design. Secretary actually needs them to see.
ā¢ Ron and Ratthew actually knew each other outside of the hospital. They met at a park. Ratthew was intrigued by his hair- They had a convo and after finding abt his job/interests and whatnot he cant help but find him extremely geeky.
ā¢ To add on Ratthew knows about Barney and thinks he's a weirdo. (Voiceline) He tries to reason with intern he's no good. Barney finds Ratthew annoying and offensive. (Voiceline) Also Ratthew is good at telling who is an anomaly (Refer to his voiceline "Careful w that one, pal")
ā¢ Ratthew later finds about Rons relations to the hospital and investigates office and finds some left out files of rons research. Ron eventually finds out but he couldnt care less. The files Ratthew found werent that important anyways. (He a chill guy fr)
ā¢ Because Ron's siblings working in the hospital, he has taken an interest in learning all about it. (Thats why Ron knows so much and is able to tell intern/the player about the hospital entity in his dialogues.)
ā¢ The Bed monster and The Stalker are related in some way. Also The Bed Monster sometimes shares their maple syrup w Stalker.
ā¢ The hiders always are the same guys. They're literally just here to be annoying. They have some kind of relationship with the Mass of Eyes. Also they greatly dont like the Bed Monster. (usually when they get grabed the bed monster just keep them hostage until the room has been empty for some time.)
ā¢ The Shadow/Camera figure is just a more vengeful type of ghost / dead patient.
ā¢ Barney does not like headbangers. (You can guess why.) "Why do they come here? Its not like theyre in need of hiding their identities." (Yes they do barney shopkeepers arent gonna serve them looking like that </3) He does not like arriving to the hospital only to be met with "Sorry, we just gave coffee to that guy, wait __ minutes ok?"
ā¢ Doctor and Surgeon are siblings. (guys i forgot doctor existed. Uhh lets say that the other staff have the same theory for them as surgeon abt the clone thingy except doctor is better socially and is actually helpful ok?) Psychologist finds it uncanny how Doctor, Surgeon, and Dr Harlow all look so similar.
ā¢ Ironically, Security is actually one of the weaker staff members in the hospital.
ā¢ The Mass of Eyes doesnt mean to hurt anyone but their eyes emit a glow that causes the viewers eyes to burn. The eyedrops subsides the effects but it lowkey offends them-
ā¢ All the current skins are their own people, but usually they are on a lower floor.
ā¢ Ratthew/Ron often visits random patients for research. Even when the room is empty Ratthew will stand there in a train of thought. Ron might talk with his siblings.
ā¢ Ratthew is shorter then Rattina <3
ā¢ Barneys suitcase which has "do not open" on it is literally just normal stuff like clothes, photos, the likes. ... and a knife or 2. (Also some photos of intern^^)
ā¢ While Dr. Harlow is the one who provided the camera (which can see anomalies) The Stalker was the one who made it.
ā¢ The staff only door which the player cant enter ingame is actually the stairwell to the lower floors.
ā¢ The cat on the posters is actually a real cat. They can be found on the lower floor. The Head Nurse likes to tease Secret Agent on how they look so similar.
Everything below this text is after the major update of redesigns, animations, and lore drop! I wonāt change any of the previous bullet points unless I make new ones that contradict what weāve already wrote. Ok thats all continue^^

Thats all I have for now!^^ If we remember anything else we'll update this post! Also Im fine with anyone asking anything about our AU :D
sometimes i think about the stuff that we have done to our ocs and then it hits just how bad it really is. Like take one of our ocs for example; They're the youngest out of a friendgroup of 4. They grew up together and survived their own individual traumas. (a WHOLE entire different story but anyways) Now that they are all adults they promise each other to always stick together through everything (the place/world they live in is shitty af). Now take this: this particular oc told their friends that they dont wanna live a life w/o them, and that if worst was to come they rather be the first to go.
Well.. they end up being the last one alive. The whole friendgroup manages to die in the span of 1 month (or well, the same day since 3 of the 4 die on the same date whilst the other died a month-ish ago). But still. They watched 2 of their friends die with their own eyes. AND they end up dying by (technically) the same murderers of their friends killers.
Now just because their dead doesnt mean their story is over. A thing about our world building is that the chosen ones (main ocs. background characters get left in the dark.) get a 2nd life. (and end up in the multiverse) This oc dies and wakes up in an unfamiliar w/o their friends. Their promise of sticking together broken. A good year or 2 pass until they meet others. Guess what? ITS THEM. but they look different and they dont recognize them. its only months later until the realization hits all of them. To make matters worse they've actually have been with their best friend the WHOLE TIME. When both of them died they ended up merging bodies and the ocs friend was a part of them. they couldnt speak but the never left.
I dont think the others and I delve into the phycological horror and trauma that mustve scarred this oc. Sure later on in the plot everyones happy and living together and whatnot. But they are looking at dead people. they witnessed their end, theyve seen their lifeless eyes, they know what one of them looks like in the inside. And now theyre here. sitting together and laughing. Not to mentioned how the best friend (who they saw as a sibling and was there for everything they went through as kids) who they thought were gone forever was inside their brain..
They do end up with anxiety and attachment issues. Sure alone time is fine but they'd rather spend it w their friends. And also they act more 'childish' and open. Free of stress in their old life and to makeup all they couldnt. They're scared of losing what was supposed to be gone. Overall tho they're happy and well now! Horraayyy :D
