Review Time!: I felt GUB was the most appropriate color scheme for this Old One and theorized the idea of implementing Red into his cost, why? Well, I’m glad you probably don’t care, but I’m going to tell you anyways. Red is the color of chaos and Cthulhu here, he’s kind of a big deal when it comes to getting down and crazy. But in the end I felt it better to drive with the whole, “I’m big, evil and I’m going to make you eat every last damn fear you’ve ever had thought” guy. So here is my rendition on the clearly OP! yet not as stupid as The Mimeoplasm Commander. Play on! PWTR

I stand by my position that lands “strictly better” than basics would make Magic a better game. As long as you didn’t give them basic land types, there would still be some power pull for basic lands simply because of the existence of fetch lands and cards that care about basic land types.
