I think it's really sweet that Sherlock dresses like Greg. Like yeah technically they both just have the most normal business casual wardrobe ever, but still.

My head canon is that Sherlock acquired his current wardrobe when he got serious about being a consulting detective. He looked at Greg and thought "ah yes, this is how a detective dresses" and just. Copied him.

He'd never admit it but Greg is his biggest role model.
