so my friends and i struggle with regularly brushing our teeth and two of us have adhd

so I decided that one day we should make it into a competition because one of the strongest motivators of adhd is competitiveness (There are 4 C's of ADHD motivation and I highly recommend watching this if you have ADHD and you struggle to get things done) and the goal is to just get it done right? because just doing it is more important than how you do it

I saw these guys live and it was a phenomenal experience, The cellist is called Abel Selaocoe and the band is Chesaba, which includes a percussionist and bassist.

They are all incredibly talented and charasmatic on stage. If they are ever in your part of the world, go see them!
