even if fitz experienced emotional dysregulation (i cannot lie, many of his outbursts are reasonable reactions to being a teenager experiencing grief and trauma), that says nothing about who he is as a person and doesn’t inherently make him a bad person. like… i experience fairly intense emotional dysregulation, in part due to my parents not teaching me how to express or handle big emotions. i can definitely imagine that fitz experienced something similar, especially being from a very traditional family in a culture/society that represses most their negative emotions (major example being how they view guilt). also! he’s experienced so much pain, both in watching his friends and family (his little sister!!) suffer and being literally tortured himself. combine that with growing up in a society that avoids painful conversations… yeah, recipe for issues handling emotions down the road. it’s just so off putting seeing how people talk about emotional dysregulation and anger issues (and again, i honestly don’t think he even has anger issues but it would change none of what i said if he did)
