*I made this primarily for MXTX roleplays but if you’re in a different danmei fandom that’s fine too!* It is very difficult to find roleplay partners in this fandom, so I thought I should try to fix this problem! Submit an inquiry and include • your age (or just whether you are 18+ or not) • your rp style (paragraph? chat? pre-planned? group or one-on-one?) • what fandom/pairing/character you want to rp • whether it is nsfw or not (pls make sure both/all parties are 18+ if so). • You can also include what kind of rp you want to do (I.E. “omegaverse vampires”). • If you’re on anonymous, either include somewhere potential partners can contact you or keep track of the post and contact people who like the post. If you no longer want your post up, just send an ask!

I’m thinking about making a multifandom database for finding RP partners. It wouldn’t replace this blog, but I just wonder if it would be better in terms of searchability and being able to list immediately without having to wait for me to get to my inbox.

Okay, I am looking for something *very specific.*

I need a Jiang Cheng for post-canon, sad, secluded Xicheng. I want it to be slow and morose, but healing and loving too. Nightmares, panic attacks, paranoia, suspicion, depression, misery... Xichen is in a place of great suffering right now, after all.

So it's a sorta fix-it I guess? 🤔 So I need a good Jiang Cheng who's also suffering after everything that's happened to him and they share in their sorrows.

Must be comfortable with dark themes like existential horror, survivor's guilt, and suicide.

I just wanna say that I just recently got back into the fandom after many years of being out of it and I'm currently in the middle of trying to find people to connect with so that we can roleplay together!

No minors, please! I'm 28 years of age and I'm too old to be roleplaying with anyone under the age of 21+!

I am more of an OC x Canon kind of person, but I have been wanting to rewatch the Donghua and read the full novel for MDZS! My favorite canon character is Mo Xuanyu and and I would like to roleplay with someone who roleplays Mo Xuanyu since I have three OC's associated with him!

I do a lot of touchy subjects that veer more towards Dead Dove: Do Not Eat, but as parts of the characters' backstories and as to why they do what they do. I will not do anything kink, fetish, or sex related with scat, urine, vomit, necrophilia, bestiality, straight up non-con/rape, (dubcon is alright), etc!

You may also discuss with me your boundaries and what's off-limits ahead of time so that we can plan ahead for what we wanna do in terms of plot! I love canon-adjacent AU's that deal with Mo Xuanyu having a different life or the Soul Sacrifice Ritual going wrong and WWX and MXY or BOTH still alive (I just can't stand to see my boy die)! I also love modern day AU's that deal with slice of life, psychological horror, darker psychological horror, etc., etc.! I can do magicless, low-magic, or high-magic.

Sometimes, I also like to have the settings be in Wuhan, Shanghai, or Guangzhou! I have Discord, but I'm willing to install WhatsApp and other messaging apps for the purposes of roleplaying!

I'm 22 and have over a decade of online RP experience in a range of formats; I tend to prefer shorterform replies (shorter paragraph/chat/mixed) but fully literate is not a dealbreaker (though I will be more likely to)

I really like writing either Lan Xichen or Jin Guangyao (+ I have a couple other possible muses in the tank but I'm less confident with them) and I have been really wanting to write some nonsense. In particular this is a long shot but I have been really wanting to play my LXC against someone else's, and/or do some MXTX crossover nonsense; while I would be most confident playing the versions of these guys from the MDZS setting, your characters and/or the setting does not have to be that! :3 I would also be happy to do normalstyle canon setting roleplay, or postcanon, or suchlike

I won't write adult/minor or incest*, I am generally uninterested in writing pre-Sunshot, and I won't do romanticsexual Xicheng, but beyond that I can be sold on most ships in some form or another, and on pretty much any set of characters in dynamics beyond the romanticsexual; I'm a 3zun girlie, but FAR from exclusively, and have an abiding passion for crossover nonsense dynamics, romanticsexual and otherwise! I am OK with NSFW but am not very good at it; I am more than happy to forgo it or do gen roleplay. I am also willing to do a range of tones, from crack to serious melodrama, for pretty much any premise

A note about my MDZS freak characterization is that heavy topics will be kind of unavoidable. The roleplay needn't be dark in tone or directly about these things (unless you want it to be :3c), but in-universe bigotry (including homophobia and gender+sexuality baggage), canon-typical violence, and mental illness/trauma (including suicidality) are foundational to my MDZS muses, and as such can't be dealbreakers for you

I am willing to RP sillier/crack-aligned gen stuff with anyone 15+, but please be 18+ for anything darker in tone, directly about those heavier topics, and ofc for anything romantic or sexual

*JGY/QS provision: I would not like to write these guys' relationship phase/interacting romanticsexually but the phase of their relationship where JGY is Avoiding It and QS doesn't know is on the table

i actually started a modern au roleplay group where we've essentially taken the characters and given them social media to mess around with haha. so less turn-based/literate roleplaying, which is why idk if this is the place to advertise it or not. we've got a good, really fun group going right now, but so far we've only got people to play these guys:

I know I'm late to the game but I just got into MDZS this year and I am *desperate* to rp with someone. So far, no one! Why? It's a pity.

I prefer to write 25+ but as long as you're 18+ that's all good. I am dying to play Chengxian or Zhanchengxian (is that the ship name?) but also the entire Venerated Triad.
