I don't think sebaciel would call each other lovers/boyfriends or anything. trying to ask sebastian what they are would result in a really long speech about how devoted he is to ciel without actually answering the question, and ciel would be super stubborn about it and refuse to label their relationship beyond sebastian being his butler. they'd both only ever refer to themselves "master and servant". to them, what they have transcends the need for any other label.
