I understand that every person is on their own journey and that they deserve patience, including me.

I leave behind old thinking patterns I've had about the people in my life to allow space for them to shred their old selves; to change and grow in whatever way they please.

I enter into each new interaction as a different version of myself because the only moment that exists is the present moment, the now.

In this now moment I am raw fire blazing through the night sky. In the next moment perhaps I'll be the subtle gentleness of a warm breeze.

I am dynamic. I am constantly destroying and re-creating myself. I will never fit inside of a box because I am limitless. I am infinite.

Worth a rare reblog because this is pretty much what my blog is about, except I include hills and streams and rocks I've known as being so personal too. And anyway I love the comments and tags this has, seeing so many people linked by the heart to the places and living things they knew in childhood. I'm reminded of something Thoreau wrote that I've always felt very deeply:
