Why Don’t MJ Guilters Treat Evan Chandler The Same Way?
We already know he was the one who started it all. He claimed that MJ was breaking apart his relationship with his son, which is why he demanded MJ pay him 20 million dollars.
Pause… Now let’s look at MJ and June Chandler’s relationship. We already know that June had some sort of interest in MJ (either love or a crush) but Dave knew this and even confessed that June tried to confess her feelings to Michael but he refused. MJ and June’s relationship was so great that Joesph Jackson suspected that he would marry her and adopt Jordan and Lily.
Now, we also know that Evan Chandler was bipolar and a bit prone to violent outbursts. He told his then wife (because June and Evan split since Evan was neglecting them) that he would never allow any girl that cheats on him to get off scotch free.
And let’s ALSO keep in mind that he was not present in Jordan’s life until after newspapers were published about the family being close to MJ (June was already close to MJ in 1984 because she was allowed to visit him during the Pepsi incident. Perhaps a leader of his fan club or something…)
Now, MJ refused to pay 20 million dollars because that’s ridiculous. So Evan fluffed up the offer and said it was for a movie deal so he could make movies and get big in Hollywood. (Remember, he co-wrote Robin Hood Men In Tights which was actually Jordan’s idea. But to no one’s surprise he didn’t compensate Jordan for it at all…)
MJ refused and brought on Anthony Pellicano, who was sure MJ was being extorted. Then he had June and Dave tape Evan’s phone calls for more proof. MJ acknowledged the fact that he may have broken up the family, but he knew he did not touch Jordan.
So MJ offered 350,000 each time he writes a movie script with Jordan. The idea was that Evan and his son could spend more time together and Evan would still get paid.
What does Evan do? Refuse this offer! Remember he said Jordan was irrelevant to him in the grand scheme of things.
So that’s when Evan asks Rothman how to report SA by a third party source. (Mind you, at this time he already “suspected” something was going on and he still DID NOT go to the police). He asks a psychiatrist a hypothetical situation about wether something would be considered SA, and with the paper the psychiatrist gives him, he tells MJ that if he doesn’t pay up, he’ll claim he did something to Jordan.

Obviously MJ wants to fight this. So he gathered more lawyers to help him nail Evan for extortion.
But here’s the thing people don’t know about… Evan had to pay child support. He had bundles of unpaid support in fact. The time that all of this deal-making was happening, Evan was in custody of Jordan. Evan onky has one week custody. But it’s been close to a month now.
June goes to court and asks that Evan return Jordan immediately. She files a court order.
Now listen. If you suspected something to be going on with your child, you can reject that particularly court hearing with the information of SA. That will provide that law enforcement take the necessary steps to keep the child in protective care until an investigation is fulfilled. Evan Chandler and Barry Rothman did not write anything about Jordan’s SA in response. Hence why the court ordered him to return Jordan to June’s custody.
Evan panics. His plan isn’t going anywhere, and without Jordan, he’d have no substance. So he took Jordan to a psychiatrist (mandated reporter) which triggered the CSA case to go to the authorities.
So Now That We Have Context, Let’s Look Into The Conflicting Fatherhood Of Evan Chandler…
Once Jordan was in his custody, he decided to pull his tooth. (This is after he vulgarly asked Jordan if he was ‘doin it’ with MJ. To which Jordan was disgusted at the question and said ‘no.’ He also asked MJ if he was gay [while under medication] to which MJ said… ‘no.’ -> all from Evan’s own book.) It’s clear that Evan thinks putting people under the influence will give him the answers he wants since it CLEARLY has been working so far.
So, he uses a very of ‘anesthesia’ that the US Senate has registered as harmful and able to produce false memories. It is only when Jordan was under that anesthesia which he decides to ask him again if he was doing anything with MJ. To which Evan claims Jordan said an “inaudible ‘yes’” and he NEVER asked Jordan AGAIN.
WHY? Why would you not ask your child for more details on a very serious crime? Why after this moment you did not go to the police but went to negotiate money? Guilters love to question MJ for paying. But don’t question why Evan was asking for 20 million and would’ve went SILENT with the claims IF MJ paid him on time. Hello? That means that money took precedence over a crime against his child…
If MJ paid money to silence people, how is it that we are hearing about the allegations? It doesn’t make any sense!! 🤣
Anyone in the legal field knows that settlement’s are not admission of guilt. They are cost-effective ways to end disputes. MJ wanted to go to criminal court and prove his innocence there, but after Anthony Pellicano left (by the way, he interviewed Jordan using the same tactics Child Services would use and came to the conclusion that MJ didn’t do anything to him.) MJ had to get 2 more lawyers who wanted MJ to settle, unlike Pellicano who wanted to go to court to prove extortion.
But alas, California says that children have a right to a speedy trial. And even though criminal cases precede civil cases, Evan won against MJ’s fifth amendment rights, forcing him to do his civil case first.
Evan’s Reaction To The Payment…
Since MJ put the money in a trust fund for Jordan and Jordan alone, Evan has been trying his hardest to live off his son.
Geraldine Hughes (Rothman’s secretary who worked with him during the Chandler case.) already wrote that Evan and Jordan’s relationship had similarities to children’s who were victims of a**** by their parents. Jordan specifically behaved in a way of children who would rather stay with the parent who did them bad, than go to a safe environment. (Though she specified she was no expert, this was just her observations.)
(Evan’s wife/girlfriend) claimed that Evan had Jordan ex-communicate her and Lily (whom Jordan was previously close with). And anyone who had something to say about Evan being unemployed would be ex-communicated as well.
But then we see that Jordan tried to legally emancipate himself from both June and Evan, ro live with his half-sister Lily and her family. I am not sure whether he was granted that. THEN we see Jordan file a restraining order on Evan for dropping 12.5Ib on him, and spraying him with mace….
But he’s father of the year? Yeah, okay.
