Did you know that Moomin creator Tove Jansson illustrated J.R.R Tolkiens The Hobbit for the 1962 swedish edition? These are just a few of the illustrations in the book.

I’ve been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you I was but the learner. Now, *I* am the master.
someone said this was vader just saying a bunch of prepared comebacks all at once and now i can’t unhear it and its killing me
Hi Neil!
First of all, thank you. Your work is a part of the reason I have been able to make it through this last year and a half; it's been a huge source of joy and inspiration, and I feel like the timeline we're living in can't be so bad if it has writers like you.
Secondly, the themes you weave into your books are often so subtle that you don't realize they are there until after you read the book, like in Neverwhere. Do you begin a project with a theme, do you end up finding the theme as you write the story?
I tend to start out with the plot and find the themes as I go. And then in the second draft make it look as if I knew the theme all along.
i wish i could pause life and lay in bed for 3 months and just catch my fucking breath
