The Circus Performer “Dew”
In the past, all the circus performers — and later even the ordinary circus folk — used to call her “Little D”. She was a nimble, troublesome yet kind‑hearted girl who loved dancing on a ball, performing magic tricks, and making funny faces for the audience. She had grown up in the circus — it and its performers were her home.
But one day, the circus got a new manager: a greedy, withered man. He didn’t care about anything except the rustle of banknotes as he counted them. Whenever he heard the joyful, melodious voices of the performers, he would come and shout at them — especially at Little Dew. Her bright, ringing voice somehow irritated the manager more than anything else.
Weeks went by, and one day the circus had to move to a new location. The stingy man decided to lock Dew in the closet of an old barn and leave without her.
After crying for three months, Dew decided she had to take revenge on the manager and save her friends from his oppression. She set out on a quest!
The trail led her to a dock, where she learned that the performers had been turned into slaves, carrying sacks of drugs. It was there that she met Carolyn the Pumpkin, who had come to avenge her brother. And so, their journey of revenge began. 😈
