My 1 year old mixbreed puppy Soma has recently started skipping steps with her right hind leg when we start walks [she quits skipping shortly after those few steps] and while she isn't negatively reacting to any touching, pressure or stretching; i still suspected it to have been a mild case of luxating patella so upon taking her to the vet, this turned out to be true :'( She is now on anti-inflammatory medication for a week but the skipping isn't subsiding so i do think that i'm having to book her an appointment into an orthopedic specialist for getting x-rays and a proper evaluation for how severe the luxation is... And if it's bad enough, she'll need a correcting surgery too. Now, im in a really unfortunate financial situation because i'm chronically ill with a myriad of things that aren't going to go away anytime soon. [Soma was mostly a health boosting investment for myself suggested by my medical support network] If anybody can or wants to spare any amount to fund her veterinary costs ; i would be forever grateful /m\ ;; I'd also be willing to take small commissions if anyone's interested... [tho as a fair warning, my energy levels and general health fluctuates so much that i can't trust myself to be able to do anything very intense or detailed]
