Basically Evil version of Lumine and Aether.

They rule Teyvat together after defeating all Archons minus Tsaritsa who joined them.

Lumine is the true leader, Aether was persuaded by her after the end of his journey, his options were kill his sister or join her.

He obviously decided to join her in this AU.

Edit: this aged badly, let's say they are from Natlan but currently living in Fontaine to study arts from there, mostly because the clothes match better. Maybe I'll make new clothes for them based on the Natlan update.
