So, I’ve recently figured out I have ASPD, or antisocial personality disorder. So, similar to my NPD awareness flag, I decided to make one for ASPD awareness as well. This is for those trying to fight for our rights and visibility. It can be used by anyone with ASPD, allies, educators, and/or supporters.

is there an aro term for someone who like,,, would be allo if they didn't have trauma? bc that's kinda what i feel like but i don't think aromantic is quite it

caedfundere: a neuro-orientation in which the person was once allosexual, but those feelings were taken/cut away due to past trauma, and due to said trauma they now find it hard to distinguish various types of attraction and would not act on any potential feelings of attraction. only for use by trauma victims.

Panicgender: A gender that changes around panic attacks

Anxiegender: A gender affected by anxiety

Genderanxious: A gender that is undefined because the act of finding a label, or of having a gender, is a trigger for anxiety.

Imnigender: A gender defined by anxiety. Not “your gender makes you anxious” so much as “anxiety is your gender”.

Kynigender: A gender which is not able to be pinpointed due to the stress of the questioning process causing anxiety.

Pendogender: “Never being satisfied with your gender no matter how well it fits due to self-doubt, causing one to compulsively search and seek out something that fits even better. Gender perfectionism.

Xumgender: Never being satisfied with your gender due to constant self-doubt or identity issues, causing one to compulsively search and seek out something that fits as perfect as possible–to find “the gender” or “the one truth”–though one will never be found due to one’s neurotype, because words will never be able to describe it, and/or its own properties paradox itself. I‘ve made a carrd that describes OSDD and its subtypes. There’s plenty of information about DID out there, but not so much on OSDD (especially not OSDD 2, 3 and 4), so I thought I’d describe them all and provide a FAQ, a glossary, and links to other resources.

first off, my about & byf pages have been thoroughly updated, so please re-read those.

secondly, some things to note.

as from now on (as in, all posts dated after this post, the 20th Sept. 2021), this blog no longer uses the split attraction model. yes, it's a valid way of categorising attractions & your labels. but unless i coin a term specifically for a specific attraction type, all attraction terms are either 'tack your own label on the end' or includes all attraction types

to that end, because i know people will ask - yes, i still use -sexual as an umbrella label and yes i still agree that, in the case of asexual meaning a-oriented, aromanticism is on the asexual spectrum. i will not be engaging in any discourse about this.

because i know a lot of mogai blogs are antishippers: i'm not a proshipper, but i am anti censorship, and anti purity culture. that means that a lot of antishippers will be uncomfortable with me interacting and i respect that, so i'll try my best to respect DNIs. again, i will not be engaging in any discourse about this.

this blog will probably be less about coining and archiving microlabels and more about community issues and queer history.

finally, i'm probably not going to be anywhere near as active as i was. i'm not going to be coining as much, or reblogging as much. i'm not doing pronoun validations, and i'll be linking a lot more to faq pages and previously answered asks than explaining things all over again. and i might decide after a month or so that i want to go back to hiatus. just a forewarning!

hey i was wondering if you have a post with Self-Diagnosis if i have osdd or did becuase i am surten that i have it but cant get Diagnosed right now

here’s the dsm’s criteria for DID (OSDD 1 is the same, except that either a) personality states aren’t distinct enough to fit Criteria A, or b) there’s little to no amnesia between personality states on a daily basis), and here’s some resources on self diagnosis (many of these are about autism, but the general ideas apply to any disorder)

i'm curious as to people's opinions on if it's ok to coin terms relating to disorders/experiences/symptoms that they personally don't experience - an example would be someone coining a term related to ASPD without having ASPD. pls fill out this poll (1 question, should only take a minute or two) so i can get an idea of what people think!

Alright, as far as I know, no, but I tried my hand at one. I once heard it said that when you have ASPD, it's like you're colorblind, and I thought that was a really good way to put it. The grey tones represent how we see the world, and the blank center is self explanatory. This was fun to make!

hey i was wondering if you know any other mental illness/disorder then torettes were you can have tics im also diagnosed with ADHD and autism so it can also just be my vocal stims but im not sure (im sorry if i have worded this wrong i just don't really know how to say it right)

basically, tics can be caused by a bunch of different things, including autisim (which would be stims).

you could also use arovague/acevague or neuro-

-vague: An orientation that is influenced, in whole or in part, by the person’s neurodivergence. Most commonly used as acevague/arovague.

Neuro- An umbrella term for when your neurodivergent condition affects your orientation, but it can be used as a standalone identity. Similar concept to neurogender.

mod/blog update

as you may know, i’m part of a system, and we’d planned for a host change at the end of 2020. that happened… sort of. you might also know that i’m a median subsystem. my subsystem works on a cycle, where every few years a “new” facet becomes host of the subsystem, and the “old” facet “dies”. as of 2021, Morgan is no longer host, and I, Will, am. (this is complicated because I’m still Morgan, just… also not?)

anyway, point being - I’m not as interested or invested in MOGAI tumblr as Morgan was. I’d still like to run this blog (and @.neurogender), but since I’m not as interested (and I’m about to start school & work again) it’s going to be a lot less active. Less asks being answered, less posts being made and reblogged, and less terms being coined. But, I’m still here, my inbox is always open, and I’m still active over on discord (our tag is #7153), and you can always reach out to me for advice, coining/term/pronoun help, and anything else related to queer identities!
