Saw this game from a post from @pikapeppa. I've never done something like this and I am curious of my patterns. All of my writings are One Piece fanfics, so this is even more up my alley.
Rules: List the first line of your last 10 fics (posted or WIP) and see if there's a pattern. If you don't have 10 fics, then as many first lines as you do have!

Track 02: Sorry I'm Late (Roronoa Zoro x Sanji):
The galley had been stifling.
2. Track 01: Reclamation (Sanji, alternate beginnings character study)
The restaurant closed about an hour ago, and the last of the kitchen staff had just left, but the rain was still coming down in a heavy downpour outside.
3. Who's Next (Crew chaos mostly, background Franky x Robin and Zoro x Sanji)
It was their first New Year’s Eve as a couple.
4. Those Eyes (Franky x Robin)
I fell in love with her the moment we met back in Water 7.
5. Welcome to the Club (Platonic friendship, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, background crew)
The after-battle ritual, if you would call it that, began after Chopper joined the crew.
6. The Only Thing That Changed (Crew-centric, set in space)
Luffy opened the cargo box.
7. Confessions on Paper (Sanji journal entries, about Zoro)
Today we had a crew of pirates come into the Baratie.
8. Carry On, Zoro (Old man Zoro moving on as a widow)
Sanji was given a sea burial only yesterday.
9. Sanctuary (Crew-centric)
The Straw Hats landed early one morning on a snow-covered winter island.
10. Relearning Trust (Nami, character study)
Nami learned at a young age that you could only trust yourself.
Patterns: I notice a lot of my stories start off with a quick and short sentence. I definitely take advantage of the fact that any readers already know One Piece and therefore I can just jump into the story I want to tell. It also helps that most of my stories are set in the canon universe. Regarding the type of story, I lean a lot more towards writing in Zoro or Sanji's POV.
