⬛ Winter woke us up with our children’s cries
We never imagined that a simple rain would flood our tent, But tonight, water poured in suddenly, soaking everything our clothes, our mattresses, even our hope, We jumped up in panic, trying to save what little we had left.
The children’s feet trembled on the wet ground. Nothing was dry, nothing safe.
We urgently need your support to protect our tent from further flooding:
🔹 2 waterproof tarps (6×4 meters) to cover the top of the tent 100 each
🔹 1 tarp to cover the ground inside €100
🔹 Wooden beams to raise and support the tarps €200
Total: 200 + 300 to protect five lives from cold, damp nights.
The nights may stay cold but we hope they won’t stay this cruel.

For those who think the war is over; Gaza is drowning today in a sea that swallows tattered tents, floods that sweep away what little life remains and their last shred of patience, and corrupt regimes that watch, waiting for Israeli approval to allow a new tent in each day, or they turn off their televisions and see nothing but their own reflection, a pig's image on a black screen. I am still pleading with you to buy tarpaulins and wood to protect my family from the harsh winter.
Beneath the cover of the sky, and with the first breath of winter, thousands of aid trucks remain trapped behind closed borders carrying what could ease hunger, heal the wounded, and warm a child yet they are denied entry.
Governments hide behind deafening silence, and mediators have frozen their hearts before their words.
Inside, Gaza is battling death, hunger, and cold, while the world watches. But watching and mourning won’t stop the freezing wind.
It’s time for your tears to become action, and your sorrow to turn into relentless pressure.
This is Gaza’s message to you: #DoNotForgetUs
Carry Gaza’s burden as if it were your own. Stand shoulder to shoulder winter is coming, and time is part of the battle.
(Winter, wind, storms, bitter cold) Imagine all this while sitting in a tent made of tattered fabric and nylon, with newborn babies and elderly people confined to their homes, without blankets or even winter clothes, and yet fear is ever-present and there's only a little food.
This is what we are suffering now here in #Gaza
Hey, I'm donating to this campaign and everyone else should too! There may be a ceasefire but the Palestinian people are still suffering under brutal occupation and hunger. This campaign is on the vetted list here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yYkNp5U3ANwILl2MknJi9G7ArY4uVTEEQ1CVfzR8Ioo/edit?gid=0#gid=0 on line 223.
