I always thought they were cousins before finding out they were both voiced by Tsubasa Yonaga lmao. Koyuki's two years older than Manami. My personal headcanon was Koyuki getting his summer haircut/glow-up in Hakone bc his family had traditions in visiting every summer. That's how Makishima and Onoda were able to appear in Rival Sengen as the Inter High was in Hakone that time.

This single image from FB threw me back in memory lane, and it was the main reason I finally got to drawing again lol. I realized how much geeky I was when I was younger - that time I inserted characters in school project requiring drawings. Nostalgia made me want to draw again despite the heavy sched🥹

really funny that TikTok randomly decided to flood my FYP with sad NaruSaku edits; there are tons of happy ones too but they also encourage its audience to grieve what could have been lol.

Like, how would I be sad when I've been pretending all these years that they ended up together😆. I'm no longer a tween upset about fictional characters not ending up together esp when said characters had better endings on the hands of the fans which we can play around with anyway we want. Plus, Blue Skies already finished the closure alternate film😭 Why waver now lol.

the canonical tension between sasuke and hinata throughout the entire series needs to be studied. aint no way ur avoiding each other at all costs like that. unimpressed with one another that much. like what the fuck happened between them??? they never even acted like acquantances, like not even once, they avoid each other's names like the plague. 100% headcanoning drama . im living for it. ppl say that just have nothing to talk about and im like?? yeaH??? thats the point? hinata isn't going to assume ish about him. sasuke isn't going to pressure her into being someone different. likeee thats the entire point(!!!) a quiet unassumed understanding it makes for amazing slow burn content.

I did this a lot in highschool(actually middle school years) lmao. My English projects are filled with "Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons" illustrations, and I had a Math project with a full-pledged Bat family (ft. RobRae) comic😭 There's also Naruto lmao. I often mentioned them a lot in my essays too. I re-discovered those gems yesterday, and I was bawling bc those works were adorable...My art really developed bc I was enjoying inserting my favorite characters in many of my school projects lol. How I miss my free time when I was reading fanfictions instead of law and accounting books ://

Growing up is realizing the 2nd leads were both too good for the main ones and deserve each other instead:

Hot take and I know it's a rare pair, but Ji Hoo x Jae Kyung would have been amazing. I don't really ship them in other adaptations (I'm a Lita x MJ shipper in the Thai version even if I could only respect Jae Kyung x Woo Bin lol). However, Ji Hoo and Jae Kyung have something special I don't know how to describe. Perhaps it's because they're the most fleshed out versions among all adaptations, and their last scene together just shows how much they understand one another, and how Jae Kyung supports Ji Hoo's happiness. Anyway, I'm only saying this because I just remember this amazing and heartfelt fic and want to ramble why I ship this J x J the most in this version lol (it was never pair the spares for me). This fic also made me realize the "Once in a lifetime" parallel to Ji Hoo, and his and Jae Kyung's development is sooo amazing and touching y'all.

The NaruSaku: The Last Fan Film by Tokai2000 from DeviantArt, and Blue Skies from Youtube, didn't just heal my NaruSaku heart, but it was also a treat to have those little SasuHina crumbs😭.

I know not everyone ships them together, but those little moments in the film reminded me of how simple it was back then especially when I was cuddled up in bed, reading "Sweet Union" which is my favorite and comfort SasuHina fic🥹💙💜. I just mentioned this bc the fan film started around the same time I also got into Naruto, and had those nostalgic experiences. Even if SasuHina wasn't an intended pairing in that film, it really brought me back when I was younger. Also credit to the respective artists! I own nothing but the mere editing.

geniunely hoping that Tenkuro's full story could be animated in all its glory, or at least a movie of what happened next. Heck, I'll even take comic dubs of the best and most emotional story arcs in the series if we can't have it all fully animated.

I just need more audio material from the voice actors, because the emotions and lines from the manga are so retrospective, beautiful and poetic. I could imagine all the fan edits I could do, layering the vocalization of those lines while reading lol

I finally got to watch the Tenkuro OVA (and the some early special/bonus chapters I missed from early volumes) while waiting for Chapter 90 translations. Ngl, with the knowledge of the pitiful current physcotic mess everyone else are at Volume 18, it's so refreshing to go back to the simple days especially when Iana, Yomi, and Sol were still mentally okay and living peacefully😭.

How I wish Isaac made a physical cameo, but it's still cute and a good temporary therapy, knowing how these characters are currently going through lol.
