#yes because I did social data science in undegrad and we had to scrape sm data for a report or two #I used twitter data cos they had the better api at the time but I did in fact consider using tumblr data originally lmao #my uni wouldn't let you use scraped sm data for a capstone/dissertation without an ethics approval but they don't require one for coursewor #we did have to do a writeup of ethical considerations as part of the report tho #which basically went ''there's no standardised approach to this also agreeing to sm t&c's means your data is up for grabs''
