i can't BELIEVE noel's admitted "take me away" is about liam. honestly, a lot of the time i want to give him the benefit of the doubt and not assume things like that, then i find out he has literally confirmed that romantic little acoustic b-side, with unhinged soulmate imagery, is indeed for his brother, which only serves to incriminate noel further in all the other speculation out there

OH MY GOD RIGHT. I honestly don't know what he was thinking when he confirmed that was about Liam!!! And if you've seen the video of him singing it to Liam, the sweetness between them is off the charts. Liam obviously knows the song is for him. Noel sings, "Me and my soul, we know where we're going," and Liam quips, "Down the pub." And they stare at each other with adoring smiles from behind their sunglasses. It's one of the craziest things I've seen between them and I've seen some crazy things. It makes it really easy to believe that any of Noel's songs could be for Liam, or maybe all of them, just like Liam always says.
