James Buchanan Barnes, Marvel.
He has been controlled by HYDRA, similar in a way that Tyler was controlled by Laurel. Tyler is going to go through the same struggles Bucky had, if not more, being at war with his Hyde nature. I'd imagine if Tyler had end up on his doorstep, fighting his demons all day, Bucky won't judge him and let him in, giving him a safe space to process his emotions and listen to him when he needs to talk it out. If Bucky can end up on the other side at peace with himself, I'm sure Tyler can give himself that hope too.
Jackson Jekyll / Holt Hyde, Monster High
Ohmygawd, how predictable can I get AHAHAH. Literally, their abilities are parallels of each other, what can I say? Would they get along? Jackson is the friend who will be his voice of reason. Human Tyler and Jackson may not be aligned in personality, if I recall, Jackson may be a goody two shoes (?) and socially awkward. They might not agree with each other, but I feel Tyler will respect every advice Jackson gives. Will he follow? eh.
Holt Hyde on the other hand, Tyler might get along easier. Holt only appears in parties, and most of the time, shy away from crowds. Holt, short impulsive(?) streaks aligns with Tyler's easily and they can hyde from the crowd together. They both had their abilities kept a secret from them, they can easily trauma bond from this. However, Tyler can't paste sticky notes and expect his Hyde to read them as a way to communicate. Tyler needs to work a little harder for that.
Jason Todd, The Outlaws DC
Trauma bonding tiiiiiiime <3333 Troublemaker meets troublemaker. Jason has a heart underneath all that bulletproof vest and tactical gears. If he met the Hyde first, of course, the guns are going out first. But when he realises that the Hyde is a human too, he'll put it away and actually defend him with his life. Jason can empathise with what Tyler is going through and they'll come out as brothers after this. He really is just a big softie.
Starfire, Teen Titans
Omg, so much testosterone ahahaha, lemme change it up.
She knows what is like to be an alien, feeling like an outcast amongst her human friends and I think she'd find all the good qualities of the Hyde and report back to Tyler. She'd enjoy both, Tyler and Hyde's company and actually try to make friends with them. Tea party with the Hyde? To Starfire it's not impossible. They're both friends! And like Jason, if they ever hurt Tyler or Hyde, you'll get a taste of her fire blasts.

Is this wrong for me to say they'd be friends???? I think they will though. Pip will have her concerns about his Hyde nature but will definitely empathise with his struggles and rage at the implied grooming by his master and will eventually defend him. If he turns Hyde, it will be awhile for her to get calm at the sheer size of it. She'd hit it with stones at first sight and after Tyler claims he did not like it, she'll listen. I think both of them has a similar struggle of whether they're a good or bad person, they can definitely talk each other out of it.
Honorable mention: Supergirl, for sure.
These are mostly surface-level analysis, I apologise. But Tyler definitely needs someone who can see him for him, and not the monster underneath. Most of these guys would fight for him, and in due time, he'd protect them too.
