if you want your shrimp to be small like in the preview, you'll need to use a special preset! here's my 'super small sim preset' on the house

in all honestly i was very neutral to the idea of a horse pack in the sims 4 but after experiencing horse girl life in the sims 3, horses have skyrocketed to the top of my sims 4 want list.
