as someone that used to suffer with relatively severe social anxiety one of the things that's helped me the most is to realise that most people are a lot more invested in their own lives to be worried about what you're doing. seriously, can you remember a single embarrassing thing someone else did as clearly as you can remember what you did? have your ever thought about someone as harshly as you think about yourself?
