Today was very productive. I made great progress with my BA project and volunteered as a participant in a study. Simply because it's a nice thing to do.

But I still feel anxious and guilty every night since a while. :/ gonna listen to my favorite meditation podcast and try to sleep.

I've been trying to get a grasp on programming for a little while now, but i can't seem to find anything that works for me.

I usually only have time for it at night and the only reliable source i found was a Brasilian portuguese playlist on YouTube about pyhton basics (i'm brasilian), but i also aways get lost and have to rewatch previous lessons, and at this point i'm stuck in the 8th video for like the third rewatch and i think it's really not working for me. I'm disabled and my brain works very differently and i'm better with reading than listening.

tldr: If anyone could show me some good blogs or books or sites that are both easy to understand and reliable, or atleast the thing that helped you when you first god into programming, that'd be seriously rad.
