Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 cups milk. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp salt. Assorted toppings e.g., Nutella, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, powdered sugar, chocolate chips.
Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and quickly swirl it around to cover the bottom evenly.
