And there I was, thinking life was going pretty well.

For reasons I would rather not go into, my partner and I are suddenly in need of crisis appointments with therapists, and as I am sure you are aware, they do not come cheap.

I am offering writing and editing in exchange for some help to prevent our lives from imploding mentally with a stage performance coming up and the usual stresses we can normally manage.

Panic is starting to set in. My own therapist is unable to take me, and my partner does not have a therapist currently. We're at the mercy of who we can get at what price they're offering - we've found one therapist who will give an emergency session for £57, and another who will do the same for £62.

I haven't struggled this much with my spiralling thoughts for over a decade and it almost ended me. It isn't anyone's responsibility but mine. I am just hoping that someone will see this post who can help.
