i feel the story of etho's base fits well into the cyberpunk genre - an oppressive capitalist regime that is trying to erase those it deems undesirable (by constructing public spaces in an inaccessible way) - but he has some weird ideas about Health and Society in a way that makes him incapable of executing it in a sensitive manner. so instead we get "People Had Time For Fun and Leisure And That's Bad" and "Fat People Get Sent to Infinite Parkour Prison until they're Cured"
