anyway me and olivia have been talking about getting quails instead because we can’t commit to the years of chicken mothering that pet chickens require (also she’s a vegetarian and i generally try to not eat much meat/would probably cry if i had to kill my pet chicken) and quails live shorter and start producing eggs faster. i don’t know what a quail feminism looks like. my dad said he used to keep quails but the container they were in was too small and they slowly killed each other.

So this is hopefully gonna happen. Katy and I have spent a lot of time lately planning all the farming/gardening we're gonna do once she moves in with me and we have decided that the poultry component should be quail (some kind of coturnix, if that matters to anyone). Best believe I will be building them an awesome quail pen.

I guess we'll let you know what a quail feminism is when we figure it out.

If you are a lady chances are you know what it’s like to walk down the street and feel afraid of every dude you see thinking “is that guy on the corner going to say some shit to me? I adore Lammergeiers. They’re my favourite raptor. Seven foot wingspan, and they eat bones. Not carcasses. Bones.
