I don't exactly know what about linzin absolutely has me in a chokehold. Maybe it´s the childhood friends to lovers arc. Maybe it's the complicated history that no one really talks about. Maybe it's the fact that we know so little about them, but they have their little inside jokes and references. Like, we don't see that between any other characters, but between them, we do. Like I don't know. Something about being very famous, people knowing about you and talking about you, but only one other person truly knows what you are like, the real you, when no lights shine upon you, when you don't need to be anything else than what you really are. Like that is precious, and they have that, well they had that, but the traces of that intimacy still exist.
