Shadow & Omega Time

I love shadomega not in them being in a romantic relationship sort of way but in a “if anything happens to you I will kill everyone in this room and then myself” kinda way

like omega straight up started shooting bullets onto a godlike being since said being told Omega he'd seal away Shadow in the future or Shadow only joining Sonic in the Dark Brotherhood since Omega went missing and that’s all he cares about right then and there

Like they have a lot of mutual respect and trust with each other I wish we got to see it more. Shadow Gens gave us some good crumbs (Shadow trusting Omega to protect Maria and Prof. Gelard, like do you know how trusting Shadow has to be with you for him to request that like holy shit, and Omega believing in Shadow like my BOI) and their interactions in Crossworlds too shows the mutual respect as well

They also enable each other, if they wanna blow up an eggman base as a fun date they'll do it, or how Omega only tags along on missions if Shadow is around (Rouge too but game wise he's only around if Shadow is and that's so valid)

I just love these two a lot, and it's sad we don't get to see their relationship explored in fandom and in canon like they are the most compatible characters in the sonic franchise but we rarely see it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! give me more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
